Shipping & Returns
Shipping, delivery and tracking
Shipping: All orders will be shipped using UPS. Shipping is free for any purchase over $100, and a flat rate of $5 if your order is under $100. Items in-stock usually ship next day. All custom orders or including hot tub covers are shipped within 2-3 weeks (based on seasonal volume). Delivery of custom hot tub covers, and hot tubs will be Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
Delivery guarantee: Once the carrier has picked up your product, it is their responsibility to deliver the product to you. Out of stock products: At the time of adding a product to your shopping cart, you will be notified if the product is not in stock. While you may still order the product, your order will not be sent until we can fulfill your complete order.
Tracking: If the shipping method provides tracking, the carrier will send an email with a tracking number to the email account you provide during purchase. Please note that if you have SPAM protection on your email account, you may not receive this email.
Returns: You may return your item within a 15 day period as long as it is returned in original packaging with no damage and the cost of the return shipping is covered by the returnee. However, you must contact our office, customercare@spasuppliesonline.com, within 15 days of receipt of product to request permission to return a product. We will give you instructions on how to send your product. Please follow these instructions carefully as if they are not followed, the package will be refused and returned to you. If the product is not in its original condition or has been opened or used, no exchange will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable.For hot tub covers All sales are final. We do not accept returns of any kind, because these are custom made items.
Defective products: Please contact our office for a replacement, customercare@spasuppliesonline.com, within 30 days of purchase if you have received a defective product.
Customs and import duties: We only ship from the US. If you are in another country be aware there may be additional charges of tax and duties.
Cancellations: There will be a cancellation fee charge of $50 for any custom hot tub cover orders, if an order is cancelled before production. We do not accept cancellations after a custom order is put into production.
Damage: All damage must be reported to the delivery company and to Spa Supplies Online with in 48 hours of receipt of your product. Also any missing items must also be reported to Spa Supplies Online with in 48 hours.
